It's a hard one...there's nothing like opening packs and trading for a bit of fun, but I think if you were seriously only doing Eels cards then it would be more cost effective to buy the individual cards or team sets straight from OCT or EBay.
$95 is pretty reasonable as you don't have to pay postage and it supports your local supplier etc. Ming (Go Motto) sells boxes for $82 then adds $14 postage for up to 2 boxes, I haven't seen boxes cheaper anywhere.
