As per attached images, I have a one-off complete set of 1996 AFL Select Hall of Fame Signature cards. Each of the 8 cards is #079 of 110. This is the “proof” set the AFL submitted to the AFL in order to gain official agreement to put the set into production. This is almost certainly the only set in existence where each card carries the same number out of 110. In addition to the illustrated letter of authenticity, Grant Copley will confirm the legitimacy of the set if required. It’s difficult to determine the exact value of the set given it is unique but I’m open to offers after owning the set for many years.

Hi Gregg,

When I messaged you earlier this month I mentioned that there were super redemptions in this release and provided a link. Although your set is unique in it's own right, there are 10 other sets in the series all numbered the same.

**Super Redemption :

there are 10 Super Redemption cards were randomly inserted in the packs. The Super Redemption card can redeem all 8 living Hall Of Fame Legends signature cards.

The redeemed Super Redemption should be 9 cards: Punched Hole Super Redemption Card + 8 signatures at the same number. The 10 Super redemption card redeem the signatures numbering from #40--#49.

Baggies, thanks for the information regarding the super redemption. I was not aware of that. Good to know.

NB: There are no redemption cards for this particular set because as per the original post, this was a proof set that Select used to gain approval from the AFL to proceed with production of these cards. This set (i.e. #079) was never in packets.
