ShipMyCards - USA Address and Shipping Service

Hi Bryan @ShipMyCards

I had my first card sent to the Oregon address late in Feb, but it still has not appeared in my inventory. Can you check if it has been assigned to the wrong account or is it still not processed yet?

Our fees are $1 per card or $3 for a lot if delivered together. +$3 s/h when mailing all cards home.

Postage depends how you want it mailed

First class envelope (limited tracking and max 1 pound) = $6-$18

First class box = $13 (just 1-5 cards) or $23 (upto 2 pounds)

Priority = $34 (upto 4 pounds in box - about 100 toploaders or 22 graded cards)

This answered my previous question. I’ll probably have some to send to you in a month or so.

Hi all

I've just set up an account with @ShipMyCards and set them up as a postage address (not primary) on eBay and it reverts to:

ShipMyCards C/O [myusername]
591 E Plaza Cir, Unit 2294
Litchfield Park, AZ 85340-7691
United States

Not sure what the hyphen and additional numbers in the zip code mean, will this be a problem? Is this just zip code formatting in the US?

Also, if you win / buy a product being sold the US and change your postage address to ShipMyCards, do the postage costs automatically recalculate?

Pretty keen to get buying and thanks to everyone for pointing me in their direction ... just could not get my head around COMC.

The extra digits in the zip code are just the route numbers for the postal service. Actually most people United States do not use these numbers, but it does not matter if you have them or not.

Quick question on 'lots' -- e.g. break results I assume. If these come in and are assessed a $3 fee, can they be split up? E.G. a couple cards to COMC, a couple cards to consignment, rest shipped home; or once it's treated as a lot is it then 'one item'?

At ShipMyCards, we are blessed to be able to assist so much in the hobby at the highest quality and we are growing rapidly.

It has been 3 years running, and during this course, our number of collectors have grown tremendously which is a great testament of our success. We recently exceeded 1800 collectors after hitting our 1000th member milestone on February 6th 2020; and we already have surpassed 86% of last months’ packages at merely the 15th day mark into this month. We hit our fantastic record of over 1000 packages in a single day earlier this week as well. With greater growth, comes with greater responsibility and expectation. We want to maintain the service quality we are known for, as we take great pride in the care we place into each and every transaction. However, at this point, it becomes necessary to expand the service by hiring some great help and moving into a larger location to match the increased mail volumes and processing hours, to be able to maintain the processing turnaround, and to meet and even exceed the expectations of our loyal collectors.

Over the last 3 years, ShipMyCards has also come a long way and built some amazing system upgrades and exciting partnerships along the way. The website was introduced in early 2019 to speed up and streamline our processing, sorting, and mailing out. We have placed most earnings from the service back into upgrading ShipMyCards and functionalities of our website to become what it is today. With a few minimal but essential upgrades planned in the near future, our collectors will be able to enjoy even more useful and interactive functions inside the website. We are excited to announce these new functions soon! We have collaborated with FedEx which allows all domestic and international shipping at faster and cheaper levels compared to usual postal counterpart. We have teamed up with professional BGS and PSA submitters to allow collectors to maximize the values of collectibles, solving the difficulty of grading for overseas collectors. We have partnered with PWCC and have other great consignment opportunities coming soon. We are now well trusted and used by some of the world’s biggest collectors and International marketplaces. With all this currently in place, we still look forward to providing more conveniences to our collectors in the future.

We have been looking into the best way to expand while providing the absolute best level of service. We try very hard to be creative to keep all costs down, so that we can save even more money for our collectors. We have prioritized reinvesting into upgrading ShipMyCards from many aspects the best way we can. Even though I have worked for many daily hours for a long time with low pay and just for hobby love, I cannot ask my employees to do the same. We would like to make sure we hire top employees that care for your collections as much as we do and want to offer them great compensation in doing so. We will be moving to a larger location, hiring top employees, and investing more into great system upgrades to improve our services provided. I can assure you that, moving forward, our mission and vision will stay the same and we will still be as approachable and helpful as we have always been. The people we will hire will not have any involvement in or sentimental attachment to card collecting, but they will be purely handling your cards as art pieces with ultimate care.

With these expansions of ShipMyCards, there will be additional overhead that we have to allocate for. For the first time since starting ShipMyCards 3 years ago, we will be increasing the service fee and updating the terms and conditions that apply. This will all go into effect starting July 1st 2020. We hope that all of our collectors continue to grow with us as we expand, and still feel that we provide the best services for our collectors at a low cost.

:( Got the email too.

Started collecting again after reading this thread about 3 weeks ago. Made purchasing from the US much less expensive and prices were really great.

Sent my first shipment to Aus with @ShipMyCards last Thursday, Received my first shipment on Monday this week- cannot recommend these guys more highly.

They had a lot going on with moving to a warehouse and covid issues with my stuff getting out of COMC etc but turnaround time was great. The FedEx deal was awesome and worth extra in my case for sure. Cheers Bryan and Xochitl Wells!
