I started a channel revolving around my NBA card collection. I only have a few videos up right now but if you’re into this sort of thing please have a look. It’s not ASMR as in tapping or mucking around swinging items from left to right, but rather just gentle handling and looking at my cards.

If you’re not into the “ASMR“ thing it might still be interesting to watch (!?), perhaps just to view my collection.

Please have a look if you’re interested. I’ll be here to accept a little bit of teasing for the whole idea. :)

Had to google ASMR but then had a look! Nice cards!
Got a Doncic The Rookies Holo that was a gem mint BGS at PSA for a crossover at the moment, I think PSA are going off in 2019-20

Cool! I don’t collect anything less than BGS 9.5, never thought to get them regraded through PSA - thanks for the idea!

To save everyone else googling it as i did too 🤣

ASMR stands for "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response." It typically refers to the "tingly feeling" that travels from the head downward that some experience in response to certain sounds, feelings, or descriptions. These can include soft whispering, crinkling paper, or a gentle touch.

How far downward from the head is "this tingly feeling" supposed to go........asking for a friend ( @graham ).

He keeps trying to whisper to me..... "Grant Hill, Grant Hill" and its doing nothing for me? Weird.

it got real popular a couple of years ago...youtube is full of weirdos (not referring to the OP, i mean actual weirdos) with videos of themselves whispering strange nothings and scratching microphones for hours.

How dare you call me a weirdo because of my YouTube videos of me whispering sweet nothings and scratching the mic for hours!:lol::lol::lol:

And I thought I'd seen everything ...... 😳😳😳😳
Let it be known to all, I am honoured to have shown graham something new, even if it’s... bizarre 🤪

At least I have held back on the scratching and whispering for now 😉

This is going to sound so wrong.. but I feel like this experience would be better raw :ermm:

Can you not!? 🤓

I think that needed some whispering or Tibetan chanting in the background... preferably the latter. The hap hazard fondling of graded cards failed to give me any tingling. Each to their own and thanks for that experience. At least that was my "something new" for today 🤪👍🏾
