As they're cutting out the state of Origin set for this I think they should do an rep debutants sub set in traders or elite each year.
Rather than having a card for each player every year.
They can't completely ignore the rep cards.

I'd leave Australia out of that just due to the overlap with most Origin players but apart from that it's an alright idea.
