Futera Unique 2014

This doesn't do much to eliminate doubt over the authenticity of their previous signature cards (2009-2013)!

Especially when the guy who use to source out the Autographs for them has 'disappeared' off the face of the earth.

Interesting. Can you provide some back ground.
Cheers

Are they paying for signing sessions now? As it looked like someone was sitting down doing a mass signing. Although they wouldn't show his face... :cautious:

I emailed Futera earlier today asking about release date, just got an email back saying further release information end of this week.

Then time for me to bring up the FBI Topps fraud fakes of around 100,000 cards thats resulted in jail time and lets not forget the Topps Pele fake jersey cards that's gone viral on Google images etc...

Or

Should everyone get on with conversations about what they prefer to collect.

If you're going to bring up a company that has been discussed heavily in the past in regards to their authenticity, then expect people to make comments regarding so (see above).

Just saying, I have concerns about Futera's authenticity based on recent history and a certain player denying that he signed any cards for them.

Well take your evidence to the appropriate Law enforcement, the reason futera hasn't been named in this environment for the 25 years of Futera is that, as far as i have read, there's not been a problem.

In regard to Topps and Panini America and the huge numbers of fake jersey cards (refer the FBI fraud investigation), over many years, in comparison the argument over the questioning of Futera is a joke.

I enjoyed the above video from Futera and think this is a great way for our hobby to go.

Mate, you're the only one who has brought up those other companies in a thread about Futera.

LOL at bringing "evidence" to the appropriate law enforcement. It's quite simple, I will let my actions do the talking and not buy any of their Football products until they can convince me otherwise of the authenticity of their signatures, which I am suspicious about.

There was a thread earlier last year discussing this issue, and already 2 members in this thread have raised their own concerns about Futera's authenticity (one of these members had a conversation with a player who denied it was his signature on their cards ).

Then you obviously have not watched the video, Futera on card signings on video, evidence is very clear.

No sticky tape mailed out to footballers (Panini/Topps).

It's ok guys, I went to dial 000 and wanted to report a vicious robbery of funds from collectors who blindly collect "autographed" cards without having an effing clue of what that players real signature actually looks like, but as I picked up my phone, I saw Futera were already on Crime Stoppers. So I dropped a turd on my neighbours lawn and drank a strawberry thickshake...that's right ALL at the same time!! My TV is effing massive I can watch it whilst crapping on my neighbours lawn and randomly I took my thickshake outside with me! So if anyone is good at creating cards, I will try (very hard too, as I want to make them look somewhat like the original signature) to forge our way to millions. LOL I like aeroplane jelly..Great value for under $1 I don't like Futera hence why I don't collect them.
Moral of the story..I forget! Oh yeah - don't buy what you don't like but don't slam the folks who throw there hard earned at Futera, they clearly have too much money to care. Poo freely and enjoy a good strawberry shake. It solves everything :goat: Goat bless you

You might be missing the point. Most collectors aren't a fan of sticker autos. But I would imagine 99.9% of collectors aren't a fan of fake autos.

And legally, what can you do? Futera being:
Incorporated as a Free zone Company with Limited Liability pursuant to the Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Private Companies Regulations 2003 issued under Law No. 1 of 2000 of the Emirates of Dubai (as amended).
Someone from Panini Australia - Asia - Middle East that I had this discussion with, and they are very aware of Futera and their dodgy practices:
Dubai is very protective, no way they will allow anyone to pursue somebody in their territory. I would not pay a lawyer in Dubai, he will not help you, and a foreign lawyer will not have much success.
We mentioned this also to Fifa, Uefa and teams corporate.

As has been said many times before, believe what you want to believe, investigate yourself how a signature looks, and buyer beware.

What @rishgoon said!

All card companies are deceptive in their own way, it just Futera, is a bit more than most.

End of the day it a case of buyer beware! Know what you are buying, this way you wont feel ripped off or have concerns over authenticity.

I did a bit of research on Futera when some shills kicked off mid last year, and that trail ended up in Australia.

I also looked into these shills and their sympathisers and most were not true blue Australians.

Nice to know that innovation in cards (Futera Code for Collectors) is actually Australian.
