PNG Rothmans Cigarette Cards Brett Kenny & Wally Lewis

Does anybody know anything about these ?
They are not part of the PNG 94 & 95 sets I have seen before
Winfield were NSWRL sponsors from 82 - 95 but not sure if this means anything with regards to when these might have been released

What year were they released ?
Checklist for the rest of the 20?
any help would be appreciated
