hi, are there any weetbix collectors in here able to help me complete a few sets?
i'm after :
The cars that made australia # 1, 8. (1991

Two wheel classics #7,13,15,16,18,19,20. (1986)

Australian test cricketers #5,18. (1994)

Collector cars #1,3,4,5,7,11,15,16,18,19,20. (1985)

ive got lotsa doubles and a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to tradeables so maybe ive got something you'd like. I'd prefer trades first, but if i can get any at a reasonable price then that'd be cool too.

I've got a fair few cards at home from when I was young. Can you please advise a rough year for each, because some of the titles don't agree to the listing I have. I'll check through my collection tonight.

Very nice list of Weet Bix cards there Batfink, very informative.

Do you happen to have any Kelloggs,Uncle Tobys or Nabisco cards spare.

i cant take credit for the list, i fished it off the internet. ive got a few odds and ends, and yeh ive got some uncle tobys , ive been outta collecting for a few years and dont have a list of what i have at the moment. I will endeavour to do that in the next few days and i'll get back to u on that one ok.

Two wheel classics #7,13,15,16,18,19,20. (1986)

Australian test cricketers #5,18. (1994)

not sure if u misunderstood my thread starter ,the complete list of weetbix cards is a checklist only. I have various doubles ,but i havent listed any. Let me know what u need and i'll check what i have in my spares. thanks.

Hi Lew, I did misunderstand ( only joined last nite ), but I appreciate the list even if it shows me how many I haven't got!
I managed to find spares of C M A nos. 1 & 8 plus 1,7,11,16 19 & 20 of Collector Cars. I am happy to send them to you
gratis but will need some advice as I'm not familiar with the workings yet. Altho' I need quite a few card to finish my sets,
I am particularly looking for Young Motorists Book of Cars 10,12,15 &19 at present.
Cheers, Doug.

yeh no worries ,i'm kinda new as well and have made a couple of errors myself. Unfortunately i cant help u out with the cards u need but have noted them, and will let u know if i see any on my travels. That's quite an old set so i wish u the best of luck in completing it. most of my doubles are from the 1980's onwards. helped me a lot when it came to mailing off my first trade of cards, as there are some minimum requirement in relation to posting items.
i appreciate your offer on the free cards to finish my sets, awesome thanks. I'll pm you my address if u like.
Is ur goal to get every weetbix set or just particular ones? and what else do u collect? cause i have a bit of a mixed bag of stuff and i may have something you'd like.
cheers,Lewis

Hi Lewis, on their way! I'm mainly interested in Weetbix cars & related sets. I have a fair few, but there always seems to be the odd 1 or 2 that are particularly elusive. My main source has been Ebay, & while I'm happy to pay a fair price, I sometimes think
i am bidding against some one who wants 1/2 the lot on offer while I want the others. We both end up paying too much & end
up with a heap of spares! Being a traditional collector I can't bring myself to sell what I have, but am happy to swap them or give them away to another genuine collector This addiction is definitely not about the money! I am also into SHELL oil cards - from servo's "FREE" in the late 50's/60's,or any others related to cars. Cheers, Doug.
