Does anyone know where the best place there is to download music videos?

any p2p...limewire etc, might not be great quality but.

Yeh i tried limewire they have it but not great variety and options.
Anyone know the best site or program?

I use shareaza its a fairly good program & has more servers than limewire so you should be able to find a bit more. Website is http://www.shareaza.com/ it claims to be free of spy ware and i havnt personaly had any problems with it
