True, but the reality is the redemption card, if damaged would be a better chance of being replaced than the signature card. Further, I would much rather a damaged redemption card sits in a toy box as opposed to the actual signature card.

This whats happened with all cards since they stated making them,
Probably why early cards are so hard to get if you can get them.
Personally i think that card is worth max $50.
$10 for being a sig card, the rest only because its a legend card.

I picked up a 2003 Luke Ricketson Jersey Sig card on eBay at a good price.

Redemption card got posted separately in bubble mailer (card was only in a sleeve) and folded so now has huge crease down it). Got approved by seller to send it back for refund but in 2 minds depending on how much it has devalued the redemption card/set overall.

Keen to hear thoughts of how much less you would pay if bidding on a high end Sig card with damaged redemption card? (Sig card is perfect btw).

I brought a 2000 all star sig,and paid good money for it.When it arrived there was no redemption card.My fault for not reading the listing properly.When i resold it i got one third back.I would send it back.

On ebay now,there are some jersey auto patches of Val Holmes and Micheal Morgan,Michael Morgan patch and a Max King auto.All these cards don,t have redemption cards.There being sold by a pawn shop in Merrylands.Keep an eye on them,and see if they go for low prices.The dealer has said nothing about redemption cards in his listings.I had to ask,as i was interested in them.Not now.
