The Stat dec would be from ESP stating that the cards being replaced were destroyed. I wouldnt think they would send this out?

I have no idea........I had to give him top loaders for the other sigs he had as he kept dropping those also. If he keeps dropping it he won't get the 5 grand he wants for the card either.

Does anybody know why ESP started keeping the number ones from Elite onwards when they did release them in this set?

Not sure. If i had just been scammed or had to replace the no. 1 and did not receive it I would keep them myself too. It also could have been a sales pitch to let the 1st ones out and to keep the rest.

So the question is. Are there 2 of the same card with the corrections or in corrections? Also how does an ebayer with very low feedback get hold of such a rare card and so many high end cards.
