Matt,put me straight.With the booklet,do you have to get both jersey and auto jersey redemption cards,send them into esp/tla and they insert them into a booklet and they send them back to you.What if you don,t want them put into a booklet.Do you have that choice.

My assumption is that you will get a redemption card and they will send you a card like I posted above.
Only the Jersey Patch Signature is in booklet form ....
Wouldn`t be surprised if you don`t see a checklist until early to mid next week ....
