Yeah its bullshit mate especially when the buyer cannot open a case after they have left positive feedback. Had the same thing happen to me recently. Just keep hassling them on email. Took me about 8 emails to get my funds released.

Easy. They just base the fvd on the price the item was when you ended it. I think your allowed 2 or 3 before they charge you.

Just be careful that ebay dont charge you a fvf for ending the item early. Happened to me recently. :(

Well if your right in NB personally i would stay at the Mantra although you could not go wrong staying at the Cote D'Azur Resort either. The Mantra is a little further up the hill so if your heading down around the shops/marina everyday you would be doing some more walking.

Well if you want to stay right in Nelson Bay there are plenty of nice units you could rent for a week but the nicest resort would be the Mantra. 5 minutes away you have the Shoal Bay Resort and Spa which is a nice quite spot (and the wife's favorite) or you could go over Corlette way and stay...
