    Toilet paper panic buying

What if you've only got chrome cards? Surely less effective.

    Toilet paper panic buying

Worst case scenario. You do a number 2 once, maybe twice a day. Just hop straight in the shower afterwards. Now if your employer runs out of toilet-paper that's different. Demand they get it in or you will go on an indefinite strike ( full pay whilst off work, of course).

Comical. People are truly f...in the head. A run on tinned food is somewhat understandable, but toilet paper? OMG.

    PSA Grading Group Submissions

My submission (25 days turnaround) was received by PSA on the 1st of December last year and they are just being shipped back now. Not sure about business days but it's 3 months + all up. The fact that they are behind is - hopefully - a reflection of growing demand for their services. I've heard...

    The NFL

For anyone who likes the big picture stuff in sports as I do, try to get a hold of last night's episode of First Take on ESPN. It discusses the big picture issue in the NFL, namely: the latent racism that sees a white Wide Receiver coach from New England leapfrog a coaching level ( co-ordinator)...

    PSA Grading Group Submissions

I think the general consensus is that anything less than a 9 with modern cards and you are better off selling it raw( presuming you are selling the card at some point). I'd just get it slabbed and crack it open if you get less than what you'd hoped for. It's not that hard. Plyers and...

    PSA Grading Group Submissions

You should be able to stipulate the lowest grade you are willing to take to have the card slabbed but you still pay the same cost if it doesn't get slabbed. The cost is in evaluating the card. You may not have this option in a group submission.

    PSA Submission

Appreciate your reply. I've only just noticed it. I ended up ringing them as their phone lines are open at 7.am local time. She told me to send it to the 3rd option in Santa Ana or Santa something. She said it was their headquarters. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about it. The cards...

    PSA Submission

Could anyone advise me which of the three addresses PSA provides at the end of the submission process I should send the cards to? The submission process isn't the easiest of tasks for someone unfamiliar with the process. The time difference makes it hard to contact them during business hours...

    Comc and shipping

I use auspost for comc. They do give a tracking number if you register it. It may even have tracking without registration.

    COMC question

I have a query regarding comc. Maybe someone who is familiar with comc could explain this. I have a card in my inventory which I had for sale but is now showing as "sale pending". My account has not been credited. How does this happen? Any explanation would be greatly appreciated ( I have...

    Seller's Remorse.

Thanks for the replies. As I'm only 2 years into the hobby I can't really say I regret too many at this point( yet) but I'm sure they're in the mail so to speak. I do have 1 story. I got lucky with a Pete Alonso( baseball) rookie auto /150 in Topps series 2( the only box I busted). I sold it...

Looking for any stories from collectors who sold or gave away a card which would be very valuable now.

Also, I'm no film critic, but the whole production seemed to flow very nicely. Didn't feel clunky at any stage. That was extremely well put together. Hopefully, you'd consider doing another one down the track.

I have just watched it for a third time. It's definitely growing on me. I loved it the 1 st time but I was truly shocked by the subjects who spoke on behalf of the hobby( except for Celtics collector). They are as unlike me in almost every way This was a doco about how weird and wonderful...
