Yeah, that sort of thing doesn't happen to me very often. Also got a 2014 Rookies & Stars, and Totally Certified. Reasonably priced just for the fun of ripping some boxes.

Yeah I was quite impressed. The look of the Wilson patch seemed a little plain to me but the rest was very nice. The Kaepernick is a thick bit of plastic, fits in a 130pt toploader. Would get another box for sure. And that #38 could be becoming a bit of a jinx in SF.

I opened a box of 2013 R&S earlier this year, somewhere on page 2 of this board now I think. Nice. But those Retros are superb. Jackson, Marino, Theismann....brilliant!

Some standouts in that lot. Love the Jerry Rice and the Fred Jackson NT, and the Contenders are always a nice looking card. Good work.

Yeah, got a few more for the PC, bit short on bears though. I got the Longevity to try fill in some gaps from years I'd not been doing much collecting but for ~$8 a box more I was far more impressed with the certified. Would try it again.

In keeping with my penchant for getting into the older stuff, I had to grab a 1999 Upper Deck, to try help add to my Rice, Marino, etc PC's. I'm always happy to chase cards in general, not just hits, and was happy with the results. These are the inserts:

Yeah, Hali might be the pick of the bunch I reckon. Numbered 16/25, decent looking card.

And the 2006 Playoff Contenders. I always liked the Playoffs back in the early/mid '90's, and I was happy with these additions. Might try to chase some more patches next time.

The 2013 Sage Hit low series was always going to be a little hit and miss...... ........less hit, more miss. The Artistry were a nice card, though.
