Guys i just went through my spare cabinet and found 2 x 1994 Masters Steve Renouf signature cards (both have all 3 cards complete and numbered 32/500 and 34/500). I am going to keep one complete set and sell the other but whats the going price for this signature card? K

Hi Katrina,

I picked up #18x (3 card set) for just under $300 earlier in the year off eBay.

Regards
Mike

Hi guys, i will start up a sales thread for either signature card #032 or #034 tonight as i need to sell one to pay for the new Elite coming out, K

PS if anyone is keen just send me a PM with a offer.

Owens price guide says $250, which I've seen them sell for many years ago. I did see #001 sell for $500 a few years back but that's about it in that price range.

Yeah i haven't seen Owens price guide as yet but i havent seen any of these for sale of late? $250 is alittle on the low side and Renouf is one of my all time favorite players (maybe this is why a have 2 sets?). As for the number #001 Renouf it sold for alot higher than $500 and it was a steal at the price in which it sold for. I am just glad i found these as i don't really know where 1/2 my stuff is sometimes after we moved house lol. Anyway i am not really fussed if i sell one set or not but if someone is chasing a full complete set of 3 cards with a low number just let me know, if not no drama. K

Ok, i went through my stash and these are the items i have found that are all spares for sale or trade. I will open up a sale tread as well,

1994 Masters Steve Renouf signature card plus cert and redemption cards all numbered #032

2006 Authentic Darren Lockyer and K Hunt signature tazos (Complete Broncos set rare)

2007 Authentic Darren Lockyer, K Hunt and S Thaiday signature tazos (Complete Broncos set rare)

I thought you had two offers over $400. Can I ask why you wouldn't just accept one of those?

Hi, i haven't accepted as yet because "Rob" said on his post that he believes between $500 to $800 is a fair price?. Of course $800 would be out of the question but if someone offers $500 i would sell one of these complete sets. Its really no problem if no one else offers higher as its a Broncos player and i would keep it. I was just wondering what its current value was as i haven't seen hardly any for sale over the past few years except for the number #001. K

How much are you chasing for the tazos?
I am open to trade for any Broncos cards numbered #001 from the new Elite series. I would also rather these Signature Tazos go to a collector that follows the Bronx as well or at least give them 1st option. But if that doesn't happen i am keen on getting back what i paid for the Lockyer at least. It was brought from a collector using this forum and i paid $500 for the 2007 edition. K

I bought one last year for $300 and someone else bought one off ebay for $300. So I would think $300 would be a fair price and over $400 would be a great price. Just my opinion. It sounds like you are after the highest price, not the fairest price.

You do have your opinion and this is the 1st time you have even mentioned that you brought one for $300 as well? I was asking for a fricking guide to whats the price these sell for? If someone has a card to trade for my spare i am happy to do so. Dan you know prices better than most but you don't have to be nasty about it, K

If you were to put on eBay I would have thought in the range of $300. I bought one privately maybe 18-24mths ago for $250 from a collector who cut me a good price.

No harm hanging out for a better price though if thats what you want for the set. There is no doubt the 3 card set is highly desirable!

Yeah it is a great looking set of cards and like i said i actually found 2 x complete sets cleaning out the spare room. To be honest with you its most likely my favourite Broncos signature card and if someone wants it they can either trade or buy. I also don't really mind if i keep it but now that i have set the price if someone buys it or trades, then great. If i keep it, i will not be disappointed. K

So what your saying is that if someone on this forum sold me, say for example a 2007 Darren Lockyer signature tazo for $500 and me being the buyer was prepared to spend that sort of money to add this item to my collection (but you the other collector was saying that it's only worth $300) than i am getting ripped off? It's the buyer's final decision if they would like to buy it or not and depending how badly they wanted it, true? I have brought lots of collectables over the past 20 years at good prices and sometimes even paying alot more than its value because i want or need that item for my collection. So i don't really see how you not being the buyer or seller can say or determine if the price is fair or not?

Well in this thread alone three people have bought or saw the same card sold for $300 or less within the last couple of years. It is just my opinion ok that I would say $300 or a bit up is a fair price. To say two people offered you above $400 and you knocked them back because you want $500, well I think that is not fair on the people offering that sort of money, above and beyond last known sales. I don't see how being the buyer or seller has anything to do with determining what a fair price for an item considering you came on to an open forum asking for opinions.

Perhaps you should have rephrased the question to what is the highest I could get for this item?

I pity those who wanted to pay in excess to $400 and you wouldn't budge to accommodate.
