I think the sliver or gold will look sweet. If all else fails there is always the option of transparent labels.
Issue with the cards is the 2016 Elite Logo and wording above the players name takes up a prime IP real estate.
Maybe these may work if all else fails

I'd think the labels are a great idea, but wouldn't that be defacing a card? however, the Elite Logo is way two big and no point having one in the corner and one in the middle.

Never been one to chase IP's, do you IP collectors do 2 sets one mint without scribbles the other IP's?
I collect ips and im really undecided about that.

I have always tryed collecting 2 of everything, one set unsigned the other signed! The higher end stuff is very hard to do it but lower end inserts Definitly

Full sets would be hard. I have started doing just Broncos captains IP's going ok so far. Just common cards no high end stuff though need to track down Gene Miles and Gordie.

at least everyone who buys a box will get one for no extra cost and they havent tried to overdo it with 50 different players
Are they going to be one per box? Only 4,000 produced and 6,300 boxes. Might be like the case cards and not shipped to newsagents.

Another update from TLA/ESP.....
The Elite 2016 TLA and Futera 1/1 match worn jersey patch cards have now arrived in Australia and are in a safe place awaiting for the redemption cards to be found.
Each card features a hand engaged metal gold fame as well as Code for Collectors and a premium piece of the match worn jersey patch.
