I have finally bought a copy of these and am really glad i did. There is an incredible amount of info including card sizes and some info on how they were released. A huge amount of work must have gone into it. If you haven't got one, get one. Thanks Roger

I got them all for a very reasonable price from a nice guy on ebay. I have no idea how you got them or if there are any others and they look really good in hand.
