Yah, it is badly "scratched". It appears to a repeated issue and the marks , by my guess, appear to have been made by a mechanical device, the machine that distributes cards into packs as they are being rolled out and sealed maybe.

I have decided to contact the person whom offered 330.00 and see if they wish to conduct the transaction offsite as the auction ended on it's own.
