The Harris Collection Saga

Been ages since my last confession... err Blog, and not sure where I'm at with my PC, but here's a couple of pickups that came in lately.

(I posted all in mailday by the way).

I'll only make mention of two cards...

The first, being a card I hadnt seen before, it's from 04-05 SPA. It's a triple Auto with Seb Telfair and Shaun Livingston, sweet card #/15.

Goes well with the 3x Duals and 1x Quad I have, which also completes that set for me, ...

Ok, so today I bid on a card, not a Basketball card, and I won it.

Decided to have a crack at some stuff from the recent release (by Topps), "Heroes".

Basically cards produced from the TV Series.

From what I can gather, there's Autographed cards, cards containing pieces of clothing, artwork (canvas/painting), etc, Artists' Sketch Cards, and various other sorts.

I believe they also have 1/1s.

Not looking to blow ...

Since I havent picked up a card in ages, thought I might vent some fan-frustrations...

We all know the Mavs dealt Harris for Kidd, no worries. Both teams seem to have improved from it.

What I can't work out, is where the heck has the "improved Mavs defense" which seems to be mentioned every off-season as they always claim they're improving each year.....

After watching the Jazz game the other day, first there was Dirk's Clothesline... WTF.... ...

Well, after trying to work out a deal with the seller of the 1/1 yesty, I tried everything, from selling off my entire trade list (which didnt work anyways), to trying to fit the purchase on my credit card, which wasnt a good idea either.

I came to realise. I don't really need this card.

Sure it's a 1/1 RC Auto, one of his best.

But, I'm starting to realise, I don't need to add new card to my PC to be happy with it. I ...

Received my 15th Premium Patch in the mail yesty.

I managed to sweet talk the seller before the auction ended (actually, it was before they even had any bids! )

It looks sweet, #51/75, and looks to either be part of the the "LL"s at the top, or part of the 2nd "L" and part of the following "A".
