Default Harold Miner, where art thou?

For as long as I can remember, I've always wondered whatever happened to Harold Miner. Now I know, thanks to wikipedia. While his NBA career was far from impressive, besides the 2 dunk contest wins, he was waived by the Cavs after 19 games into the '96 season. He tried out for the Raptors but couldn't cut it. All this I knew. And now, his life after the NBA:

Rather than continue to pursue a professional basketball, either in the NBA or overseas, Miner retired from the sport.

Miner eventually settled near Las Vegas, Nevada and is reportedly an active real estate investor. He is married and he and his wife have one daughter. Since his retirement from basketball, he has been disinclined to give interviews or make public appearances, instead remaining private and largely inaccessible.

I wonder if he traveled down to The Strip for the ASG recently, its a pity the NBA didnt get him involved with the Dunk comp, that would have been a blast from the past!

Good to see that he has made something for himself outside of basketball, good on him.

Here is a recent article about him as well...

    http://www.latimes.com/sports/colleg...ck=1&cset=true

Talking about former hits in the game, there is a interesting article on Lenny Cooke, he of "jump from prep school to pros... in the ABA" fame, in April Slam. I always wondered what happened to him, i always thought he ended up back in Jersey, living in front of the store that Jay and Silent Bob hanged out front of, using his massive forehead as a shelter for homeless people or a billboard...

Wow I always wondered the same thing of where he disappared to. Yeah from where his career was going it was saved by Slam Dunks before he was on waivers. Yeah I wondered if he even appeared at any of the NBA All Star stuff in Las Vegas this season??? Man I hope he comes out of the limelight again I still have some old cards of him that I would like to get signed.
