Australia post lose redemptions

hey guys I was just wondering if anyone would have contact info for someone at panini who could help out with Australia Post losing some cards I had redeemed. they had left the US 22 days ago and Australia post have been really unhelpful in figuring out what has happened. any help on this would be awesome..thanks

I spoke to australia post and they said the sender (panini) have to initiate an enquiry as to where the package has gone. the last update on the tracking was that it left los Angeles almost a month ago and has not been scanned in Australia at all.

@graham might have some ideas given a recent experience!

you could try contacting USPS/Fedex and see if they have anything more detailed on their systems.

My parcel came from COMC, they raised a query and it ended up but delivered back to COMC.

The USPS scanning showed it had reached Australia, but Auspost website showed it had left the US but went no further.

What auspost say is correct unfortunately. You need to contact the sender (Panini) and ask them raise an enquiry with USPS. I don't have a contact but im sure someone else will.
