Is it an actual auto that is a buy back or is it just the card that they have signed after "buying back"?

It's the Auto that is the buy back. It originally was issued in 1995 just as his rookie card, then they bought it back in 1999 and he signed 14. I know its very rare, I just think the while Buy Back Auto is just cool!
