I think this is the case with unopened boxes but a friend who works at coles Express told me all opened boxes of traders last year on 31st december were to be chucked in the bin

I,m fairly sure Ikon do not except opened boxes back.
My ? to ESP would be were do the end up there must be 100's of opened boxes out there.

I asked my newsagent this same question and they couldn't answer. One newsagent told me that the distributor only accepts sealed boxes back but my local newsagent has been sending back half sold boxes for years so who knows. There must be warehouses out there with ridiculous amounts of unsold stock!

Regarding the Wally & Provan Legends sigs & Brother in Arms sigs what are the lowest numbers that have been pulled?

I have seen #007 BIA sig on EBay and #004 Provan. The lowest Lewis I have seen was high teens, maybe #018
