Website always viewing from last msg posted

Hey guys,

Im back after about a year and a half away ... and everytime i click into a thread it always takes me to the last msg rather then the start of the thread... surely their is a way to stop this or change the preference.

What link are you clicking on that's taking you to the last post ? Can you post a screenshot ?

There are some instances of links on the site that will take you to the last post, and others that will take you to your last unread one.

on a similar vein to this, is it possible to get a "to the top button"

just when you have a long post it would be handy

I know the home button would do they same thing but would be handy
